JOE FEMINO: Director/Founder

Joe has over 35 years of experience working with people who have intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD). His last position was Director of Housing and Day Services at the Arc SF. Along with his experience, he brings years of professional relationships and solid partnerships. Opening this agency has been a goal and a dream for many years. He said over the years he has learned what to do, and more importantly, what not to do to create an agency where the participants want to attend and staff are proud to say they work there.

MICHELLE DOBROW: Manager, Participant Services

Michelle has over 20 years of experience working in this field. Her last position was Direct Support Professional at the Arc SF where she specialized in working with participants who were on the autism spectrum. Her knowledge, experience, and professional respect from everyone she has ever worked with make her the perfect Manager of Participant Services at IN: SAN FRANCISCO.

KEVIN HU: Support Professional (Day Services)

KEVIN: PREVIOUSLY WORKED AS AN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT STAFF TO A PERSON WITH AN INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY. HIS DEDICATION TO THIS FIELD OF WORK AND DESIRE TO EXPAND HIS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH PERSONS WITH IDD BROUGHT HIM TO IN: SF. kevin has all the qualities needed to be successful and effective in working with this population. his OPTOMISTIc PERSONALITY AND FRESH PERSPECTIVE ARE BENEFICIAL TO OUR PARTICIPANTS AND STAFF ALIKE.

ADDISON MILLER: Support Professional (Day Services)

ADDISON: CAME TO US HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM HER INTERNSHIP WITH THE SFUSD ACCESS PROGRAM. SHE HAS ALREADY HAD A BIG IMPACT ON THE AGENCY AND PARTICIPANTS IN THE RELATIVELY SHORT TIME SHE HAS BEEN WITH US. ALONG WITH BEING A GREAT INSTRUCTOR, SHE BRINGS CREATIVE ENERGY AND MANY IDEAS FOR NEW ACTIVITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES.

MICHELLE MALVEAUX: Support Professional (Day Services)

MICHELLE: HAS many YEARS and a wide variety OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN HEALTHCARE FIELD. She has worked as a home health aide, one-to-one assistant, and administration in the emergency room at a busy Bay Area hospital. Her wealth of knowledge, calm demeanor, and ability to deal with any situation presented to her makes her a valuable asset to this agency.


DON SAVOIE: Support Professional (Day Services)

Don: began his collaboration with IN: SF in our Administration dept. During his time here, he developed a rapport with participants and an appreciation of what we do. He decided to make the move to direct service. This was the perfect transition as he brings with him a wealth of experience from positions he’s held at various nonprofits.
