ABOUT IN: SAN FRANCISCO

In: San francisco (IN:SF) was founded in 2016. Over the past 7 years it has built a solid reputation as a service provider and a resource for families. It is an agency that INCORPORATES respect into EVERYTHING it does.

currently IN: SF offers a community based day service that focuses on integration, vocational skills, continuing education social skill and exercise. Instruction and support takes place in real life locations and utilizes the city’s resources. some partners of IN:SF include: City College of san francisco, St Anthony’s Foundation, SF Park and rec, scrap art collective, sf food bank and many others. additionally in:sf offers classes on timely and relevent issues such as Bias and Tolerence, bullying, interview preparation, manners and etequette and adjusting to life after high school to name a few.

IN: sf also offers Independent Living Skills training which focuses instruction on the skills needed to live in the most independent setting possible. this may include banking & budgeting, roommate/landlord relations, cooking/shopping and most anything else related to independent living.

IN:SF has recently opened a sister agency in Contra Costa County and in 2024 will roll out a full menu of employment services as it continues to grow and adapt to the real needs of the IDD community.

IN:sf has also developed their own mobile app that gives participants more control over their services and easy modes of COMMUNICATION.
